Allen Basso has been with Lee & Associates Irvine since 2000, and has been a partner and Senior Vice President since 2004. His extensive knowledge of the Orange County market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis and property marketing. He is well known for his strong work ethic, competitive edge, and easy-going, upbeat attitude. In the past two years, Allen has completed a total of 210 transactions consisting of 601,603 SF, totaling over $101 million.
After-hours, Allen can be found in San Clemente enjoying the outdoors with his wife Jaimie of 20 years and their two boys Jack & Blake. Allen and Jaimie spend their free time on the baseball field watching their boys compete.

Eric joined Lee & Associates in 2010, and has been a partner and Vice president since 2018. He specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants, focusing on the leasing and sale of general office and medical space in the Orange County Market. Eric is diligent, extremely helpful, and well-versed in market knowledge and transaction process. He is known around the office for his perpetual positivity, work ethic, and his ability to fix anything that breaks.
In the past two years, Eric has completed a total of 133 transactions consisting of 416,770 SF and totaling $70 million.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Eric spent 5 years in Italy on the US Air Force base, while his wife served as a nurse. When outside the office, he is typically running around Aliso Viejo with his three kids, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Prior to graduating California State University, Fullerton in Spring 2021 Eric was an integral team member of Commercial Property Services in Irvine, where he worked as a Sales & Leasing Specialist.
When not delivering first-class service to his clients, Eric enjoys surfing and golfing in his hometown of Huntington Beach or spending time with his family in Lake Forest.
